You can call the Casino VIP Services at 1-866-672-2582. One of the options on the phone tree is to request a win/loss statement. Or contact Michael (see below) via email. I don't know if you can obtain it online or not. Hope this helps a little :). Michael A. Bayona. Lead Casino VIP Coordinator . 1-888-672-2582 ext. 16034 . mbayona@carnival.com

On my last night aboard Westerdam, I went to the casino manager and requested a win/loss for the cruise ( I had hit a $2000 jackpot and definitely needed one!). Of course, after three tries, it locked me out.

I don't know if Carnival does it or not but all land based casinos will give you a loss statement if you are enrolled in their players clubs. If your husband is enrolled in one or more, have him contact that casino and request a loss statement. That can be deducted from his winnings on his taxes. Hopefully that hasn't changed this year.
A couple that we cruised with recently had an interesting question that I could not answer. How does one get a "win/loss" report from Princess? (That's probably not the correct name for it...) They did not "win big" (i.e. no jackpot) but he's interested from a tax standpoint.
