My idea was to have Code::Blocks internal usage/storage of themes to remain the same, but when listing possible themes, also look for theme pack archives (them_*.zip). All theme(s) from the pack (that have names different than the currently available internal ones) would be listed (but not loaded) in the selection dropdown.
It should be installed with the compiler, at least on Windows gcc (MinGW) has it. But it may not be a part of the compiler's library on another platform. If you are on Windows you can download Code::Blocks with the compiler included (mingw packages). Then you have conio.h for sure.
Thanks to all developers for the ongoing effort in the further development of Code::Blocks. After some month I decided use the new nightly 13344 (01.09.2023) to update Code::Blocks from the version used before 13107 (10.12.2022) Unfortunately, I had to face an issue again, that I have already reported for the nightly 22.01.2022 (12672) here:
Hello everybody, I'm new on Code::Blocks and I'm having some troubles with compiler. Code::Blocks doesn't find a right compiler so i downloaded from Internet WinAVR 20100110. From setting -> compiler my selected compiler is GNU AVR GCC compiler (I don't have one). Into "search directories" I have two voices: C:\WinAVR\avr\include
The installers references in this post are *not* official Code::Blocks releases, nor are they thoroughly tested like the official builds done by the Code::Blocks Team. The installers do, however include changes that make the Code::Blocks installation and setup/configuration on Windows allot easier compared to the official C::B 20.03 installers.
