Only 200 tweets appear at a time so you'll have to keep getting the pages updated. You cannot separate the response into users that sent the tweets, but you could store the responses in a database or just copy paste them. If you delete a tweet it disappears for ever (although in some cases they may appear in Twitter search for a little while after) Twitter and any clients using the streaming API will remove the tweet from a users stream almost immediately. Other clients using the REST API will remove the tweet once the timeline is refreshed.
There isn't a Twitter API call at present to find out who favorited a tweet. You could attempt to pull the information out of one of the live stream APIs as discussed here and similar to this FAQ, although the data is real time and not historical.

The answers so far will only give you at most 100 retweets. There is an API method that returns up to 100 entries of a cursored collection (so you can page through it to get more), though.
