I am unable to print anything on my HP Envy 4500 in color since I installed Windows 10 about 2 months ago. I have changed the printer preferences under Drivers and Devices and that does not work. The print preview is in color, but it prints in black. I see no color options anywhere in the print preview windows. I formerly could see, in the print preview options review, that my document was set to print color, b & w, or grayscale. I no longer see that option box or option in the printer properties. I almost always print in color.
