Form P11D [1] (Expenses and Benefits) is a tax form filed by United Kingdom employers for each director and for each employee and sent to the tax office with which their PAYE scheme is registered. Gift Aid allows individuals who are subject to UK income tax to complete a simple, short declaration that they are a UK taxpayer.
