you cannot move mail out of sent items ( the ONLY way to get them out of sent is to delete them ) A Sent label is a label applied by the system and can not be removed because a Sent email will always be a Sent email. you can assign a label to your sent mail , that email will them be viewable in sent AND in that label BUT it is the SAME EMAIL.
