Southern University at Shreveport is a junior college in Shreveport, Louisiana. It is part of the historically black Southern University System. SUSLA, pushed to fruition by the administration of Governor John J. McKeithen, opened for instruction on September 19, 1967.
The SkyMail+Plus is SUSLA official cloud-based student email and applications computing platform hosted by Microsoft. Beginning this semester, all students’ receive newly upgraded mailbox accounts per the new campus agreement with Microsoft.
A username account (login-ID) is required to access various services and resources such as email, Moodle, wireless network, and computer access in offices and labs. Login-IDs for students are created upon the completion of the initial registration and retained as long as they are enrolled at SUSLA.
