    Another easy way to insert an image into an acrobat pro X is to open the image with Paint then use "Select" tool to select your image after that "Ctrl + C" then "Ctrl + V" into the PDF and you're done with it.     There is a way to do this, but you will need to use the FORMS tools. It would require 2 form fields for each popup. One would be an Image Field, and the other would be a button.     LATEST. Create an image field, select the image for it and then right-click it (in Prepare Form mode) and select Duplicate Across Pages. When done you can flatten the file to convert those fields to static contents. Be aware it will also flatten all other fields, as well as comments, links, etc., though. 1 Upvote.
