    The presence of small turtles in the Hoan Kiem is well documented. The videos only show the head of a turtle, with only shiny water... it looks too much like a close up of a turtle head. I should think the most obvious appearance of a giant turtle would be the huge shell ,the head is tiny compared to its shell.
