City University Ajman (CUA) is an institution of higher education located in Ajman in the United Arab Emirates. CUA received its license from the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) in August 2011. It provides education for UAE nationals and international students.

Ajman University (Arabic: جامعة عجمان) was established on 17 June 1988 as the first private university in the GCC.Ajman University (AU) was also the first university in the UAE to admit expatriate students under the institutional name "Ajman University College of Science and Technology," which was subsequently renamed "Ajman University of Science and Technology".

Gulf Medical University (GMU) is located in the emirate of Ajman, on the western coast of the UAE.
