Anthony Conrad George BEM (7 January 1938 – 7 February 2024) was a Grenadian artist known for being the designer of the Grenadian national flag. [1] He resided in both London, England, and in mainland Grenada, where he grew up from the age of 10.

In 1885, Ghevont Alishan, an Armenian Catholic priest and historian proposed 2 Armenian flags. One of which is a horizontal tricolor flag of red-green-white, with red and green coming from the Armenian Catholic calendar, with the first Sunday of Easter being called "Red Sunday", and the second Sunday being "Green Sunday", with white being added for design reasons.
