The film primarily takes place within the A.R. World that is the true home of Tsukasa Kadoya and the center of Dai-Shocker's operations, whose symbol connects Tsukasa to them. After Natsumi Hikari has a nightmare of every Kamen Rider being defeated by a figure called Decade, she helps her grandfather Eijiro deal with unsatisfied customers.
