I just downloaded the scanning app that is compatible with Windows 10 and all of the settings (scanner, source, file type, etc) has been set and once I click "scan" I receive a pop up box that states "Problem Scanning. The Scan App from the Windows store is having issues connecting the my wireless printer and scanner. What makes this very annoying is that it my laptop has no issues recognizing the printer and scanner - all the devices are connected and recognized under the System Settings>Bluetooh and Devices>Printers and Scanners menu.
