The websites for these private servers seem to prefer torrents to download wow clients of a particular version, rather than hosting files themselves. However, I think it’s worthy to note and pin a topic for the dangers and perhaps a more safe way to download these clients, if possible.

As far as I'm aware the only way to reproduce a retail-like install folder is to find your TBC CDs and install the game client there, then manually download every patch that updates the game from that version (2.0.1, I assume) to 2.4.3, which is going to be about two dozen patches which are probably not even hosted on Blizzard's website anymore.
