This template provides a WCAG/ISO standards–compliant accessible alternative to <br />-separated lists, per WP:UBLIST and WP:PLIST. The first parameter for the {} template is the name of the WordPress account. This can be found in the page's URL. For example: if the URL is http(s)://example.wordpress.com, then the account name is example. The second parameter is the description or display name.
