KCLSU Student Media won Student Media of the Year 2014 at the Ents Forum awards [262] and came in the top three student media outlets in the country at the NUS Awards 2014. [263] Roar News is a tabloid newspaper for students at King's which is owned and funded by KCLSU.
The London Varsity is organized by the UCLU and the KCLSU. It is held at the very end of the University Rugby season in March and until 2011 was held at Richmond Athletic Ground . In 2012 the game took place for the first time at the Twickenham Stoop .
