As mentioned before, the larger clown has looked like this for close to a month now with no behavior differences. Ok well, Black ick is actually a type of flat worm and closer to flukes than ick. It's treated with a FW dip and prazipro fairly easily. Cryptocaryon (white ick) is a different parasite all together.

He has never had more than 2-3 at a time, but the weird thing is that they seem to appear on one part of his body, disappear, then reappear somewhere else a little bit later.
A couple of months back I adopted an older orange ocellaris clown and a week later I purchased a juvenile orange ocellaris to keep it company in my biocube. I just noticed recently that the juvenile clown has started shifting colors fairly dramatically. He was a bright orange to begin with and now he's about 50/50 orange black and his top fin ...

In turn, the fish's skin develops melanin as a reaction to that, and black spots are a result. There is also a worm, called a turbellarian, that will cause black spots on fish.
Juvenile black clownfish morphs start out as orange, and slowly fade to black. Only at about 2 inches do they turn solid colored, and even then their noses may stay orange. Looks to be pretty small, so I'd say black storm. kbsharp. Jan 13, 2023.

It isn't black ich (turbellarian worm). It could be a reaction to being stung by a coral. The white stringy feces is another issue.
As far as the compatibility of the clownfish goes, IMHO, any of the Ocellaris clowns should be OK. I had a pair of Wyoming Whites that were young. One died and I replaced it with an ordinary Ocellaris clown and they are getting along fine at 2 months in a 90g tank. May 26, 2020. #3.
