US 18 crosses WIS 100, US 45, US 41, and I-41 near the Milwaukee County Zoo and continues east into Milwaukee. [9] At WIS 175, the highway shifts onto Wisconsin Avenue. US 18 turns north onto North 35th Street and east on to West Highland Avenue where it crosses I-43 near Downtown Milwaukee. US 18 turns south on 6th Street.
