In 2019, plans for building the CFISD Visual and Performing Arts Center were made official when a bond for Cypress-Fairbanks ISD was approved on May of that year. It was to be located directly across the street from Cy-Fair High School, on Matzke Road. [39] In April 2022, construction for the CFISD Visual and Performing Arts Center began. [40]
