Hawke's Bay or Hawkesbay is a beach in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, located 20 km southwest of Karachi city. The beach is named after Bladen Wilmer Hawke, who owned a house on the beach during the 1930s. [1] The beach is very popular, with hundreds of people visiting daily for swimming, camel and horse riding, and vacations.
The park is spread over 130 acres (53 ha) near the Arabian Sea coast. [1] The northern edge of the park includes the 1919 Jehangir Kothari Parade , the Katrak Bandstand, and former Karachi Aquarium. The 1921 Lady Lloyd Pier begins at the northern edge of the park near the Jehangir Kothari Parade, and extends 600 ft (180 m) into the park.
