There's Play!, which can run several commercial games, and there are others that can as well: hpsx64, NeutrinoSX2, PS2EMU, etc. Might want to re-consider such a statement, as PCSX2 is the only HIGHLY POPULAR PS2 emulator that can run commercial games, but others are catching up.
