Floral Hall is a historic building located at the Shelby County Fairgrounds in Harlan, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. [1] The cross-shaped, frame structure is the oldest building on the fairgrounds, and one of the oldest, relatively unaltered, county fair exhibition buildings in Iowa. [2]

The group first met in the museum on April 10, 1980, and also began making renovations to the building, at an estimated cost of $75,000. Nearly a year later, on March 5, 1981, the Shelby County Historical Society dedicated the Grover Museum, and opened its first exhibit, which was "From the Land, Shelby County Farming."
