Split Enz were a New Zealand new wave band from Auckland. Formed in October 1972, the group originally consisted of vocalist and pianist Tim Finn , vocalist and guitarist Phil Judd , bassist Mike Chunn , violinist Miles Golding and flautist Mike Howard.
