The Treaty of Amity and Commerce Between the United States and Sweden (Swedish: Svensk-amerikanska vänskaps- och handelstraktaten), officially A treaty of Amity and Commerce concluded between His Majesty the King of Sweden and the United States of North America, was a treaty signed on April 3, 1783 in Paris, France between the United States and the Kingdom of Sweden.
The UK and Sweden have large establishment Protestant churches, with the Lutheran Church of Sweden, Anglican Church of England and Presbyterian Church of Scotland. Although they are noted for their irreligious nature, with church attendance being low with around 5% in Sweden and 20% in the UK.

The 1813 Treaty of Stockholm was a "treaty of concert and subsidy" between the United Kingdom and Sweden. It was signed on 3 March 1813 by Alexander Hope and Edward Thornton for Great Britain and by Lars von Engeström and Gustaf af Wetterstedt for Sweden. [1] The treaty secured Swedish military cooperation against Napoleon.
