Joseph Baldi (January 16, 1941 – October 17, 2009), known as The Queens Creeper, was an American serial killer who, from 1970 to 1972, stabbed four women and girls to death in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens, New York City.

Grove–Linden–St. John's Historic District is a national historic district in Ridgewood, Queens, New York. It includes 51 contributing buildings built between 1908 and 1910. They consist of three story brick tenements with two apartments per floor. There are also a number of two- and three-story row houses with one apartment per floor.
He worked as an attorney and a prison inspector for Philadelphia County (1923-1924). [1] In 1929, he was elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and served an additional term until 1933. [1] On November 23, 1970, Baldi died in Philadelphia and was interred at Westminster Cemetery in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.
