Dizzy Devil (voiced by Maurice LaMarche in 1990–2002 of the original series, Betsy Sodaro in Tiny Toons Looniversity) is a young lavender male Tasmanian devil with a yellow propeller cap, as well as one pink eye and one green eye, and is also crosseyed.
