Chitrakoot Dham is a city in the Chitrakoot district, in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.It is the headquarters of the Chitrakoot district. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid down the foundation stone of Bundelkhand Expressway on 29 February 2020 in Gonda village, Chitrakoot, [4] and the expressway was inaugurated on 16 July 2022.
