Initial plans called for over 1 million sq ft (93,000 m 2 ) of retail space and parking capacity for nearly 6,000 cars, which would make the mall the largest in Austin.
The expansion added approximately 150,000 sq ft (14,000 m 2) of retail space, as well as a 24,000 sq ft (2,200 m 2) food court, and three multi-tiered parking decks. A surveillance system was also installed throughout the mall, and included 140 cameras, as well as horseback and bicycle security, and a security podium.
