This just happened today with my second comcast.net email account. Logged in and no access to my emails in that account. Where are my emails for this account. No warning! Nothing. Disabled and no access. At least move them to my primary email in a separate Folder so that I have access to these emails. Please help me recover these emails.

I mean, I had a problem in the past where I was point blank told it was my computer. The same issue was also happening when I tried my mom's computer, which was much newer. Then, a month later, I got a brand new computer. Same issues were happening and I was STILL told it was somehow my fault when the didn't believe I was using a brand new system.
Now specifically I want to know exactly what is my Xfinity ID: Is it my email, my user name, or my mobile phone? I have two email addresses listed under my Xfinity ID on my account page: my gmail address and my comcast.net address. Which one is used to login? And then when is the mobile number linked to the account used for login?
I attempted to sign up for Xfinity's internet on September 24th, and kept getting logged out whenever I tried to check my account. I waited 5 days with no confirmation email, and got one telling me to complete my order. I went through the process of signing up for internet again on September 29th, and was again met with no confirmation.
Outlook 365 keeps asking for server authentication and password information in order to log in and access the account. However, when using Outlook 365 I can send outbound emails from Comcast Email accounts. I have referred to all the Xfinity Support documents and the settings for IMAP are set in my Outlook according to these documents.

After being on the phone with xfinity off and on over the last 24hrs, speaking with 6 or 8 level 2 people, all very nice, we managed to fix this problem by disconnecting from my xfinity wifi and THEN reinstalling the comcast.net email account to my iPhone over cell signal.
