The only way you could potentially fix this is by talking to a real roblox employee or roblox "executive support" through discord or face-to-face.

TL;DR: Don't waste time emailing them about being bullied, the moderation staff are not the same people as the support staff. Well I needed to reset my PIN, I kept on contacting customer support through emails and after a month I forgot about it and just didnt play roblox for a long time, then decided to check my account again and I saw that my PIN was reset. The moderation does work, it just takes a while. 9.
I'm the original owner, I emailed from the original, first ever email address that was used to make the Roblox acc and they tell me this. I've gotten my account unlocked after showing proof of ownership for my Roblox. (showing receipts, last 4 cc, etc), here's the response: "My name is Ophelia, I'm a Senior Lead with the Customer Support team.
