Bromsgrove Sporting thus inherited sole use of the Victoria Ground. After high finishes in their first few seasons, and league re-organisations which led to their elevation from Midland Football Combination Division Two and Division One, for season 2012–13 Bromsgrove Sporting were promoted to the Midland Football Combination Premier Division. Bromsgrove Rovers were formed in 1885 and initially played in the local Studley & District League, during which time they played on at least four grounds before arriving at Victoria Ground in 1910. Rovers were promoted to the Birmingham & District League in 1898, where they were runners up in the 1904–05 season.

The club was founded in 1902 and first played in the original Bromsgrove Football League. [1] They had a successful first season, winning the league title at their first attempt. [ 1 ] In the early 1950s, the club disbanded but was reformed by Gill Webb and Paddy Eades.
