Winchester Speedway is a 0.500 mi (0.805 km) paved oval motor racetrack in White River Township, Randolph County, just outside Winchester, Indiana, approximately 90-mile (140 km) northeast of Indianapolis. It seats 5,000 spectators.

The Winchester 400 is a 400-lap short-track super late model stock car race held each fall at the Winchester Speedway, a half-mile long paved oval motor racetrack in Winchester, Indiana, United States. Held annually since 1970, the Winchester 400 started off as an American Speed Association event.
2013 would be the second year of the Vores Compact Touring Series. The series would expand its venues to five tracks in 2013: Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis, Winchester Speedway, Baer Field Speedway, Shadybowl Speedway and Gas City I-69 Speedway. Chris Jennings of Indiana would be the 2013 series champion.
