06-24-202207:08 AM. The same thing happened to me two months ago. When I contacted Etsy, they told me they can't track the same tracking number twice with some shipping companies (I think I used DHL that time). This made me loose my Star Seller badge and I couldn't get it back yet.

That it takes a chunk of time to refund shipping, keep track of individual orders and "complete shipping" I have 200 backed up orders after coming home from a trip, which I am fine- I am getting them out this weekend but now I got another 11 orders, all separate from the customer.
