Brennan Motor Manufacturing Company (1897–1972) of Syracuse, New York, was an early manufacturer of automobile engines.From 1902 until 1908, the company produced the Brennan automobile however, after the demise of the automobile enterprise, the company again turned their focus to automobile engines and later marine engines.
Moyer intended to introduce a less expensive version for the 1916 model year, but he ran out of capital funds. By the end of 1915 he discontinued his automobile business, after the production of about 400 cars. [2] [1] In 1916 Moyer incorporated as H. A. Moyer, Inc., and became a dealer for Stearns-Knight and Velie automobiles.
He graduated from Syracuse University in 1978 with a degree in marketing. [1] Following college, he worked at various car dealerships. In 1989, he went out on his own and opened his first dealership. Over time, the business grew to over 25 dealerships in New York and Florida [2] selling a variety of brands. [3]

Chase Motor Truck Company (1907–1919), founded by Aurin M. Chase, was a manufacturer of trucks in Syracuse, New York. The vehicles were known for their air-cooled engines and simplicity of design. The company also produced a utility wagon in the form of an automobile, which could be converted for use in business or pleasure.
