Built in 1851, it is one of the city's oldest examples of Italianate architecture, and was one of the first houses built in Linden Street. It was designed for philanthropist Robert Treat Paine (1835–1910) in a collaboration between architect Henry Hobson Richardson and landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted. It is located at 100 Robert Treat Paine Drive.

The William Wellington House is a historic house in Waltham, Massachusetts. It was built in 1779 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. [1] The house stayed in two families until somewhere around 1930 when it was acquired by Middlesex County Hospital. Prior to renovations, it had been abandoned for over 20 years. [2]
