The Power Macintosh 5500 is a personal computer designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple Computer from February 1997 to March 1998. Like the Power Macintosh 5260 and 5400 that preceded it, the 5500 is an all-in-one design, built around a PowerPC 603ev processor operating at 225, 250 or 275 megahertz (MHz).
It also includes material supplements containing requirements for vessels made from aluminium, copper, nickel, titanium and duplex. PD 5500 is the UK’s national pressure vessels code, although the code is used outside the UK. A new edition of PD5500 is published every three years. An amendment is usually published every year in September. [1]

Champion first opened for the 2008-2009 school year. The school is named after Samuel V. Champion (1954 - 2007), who was a longtime Boerne resident and principal of Boerne High School for many years. He also taught and coached at BHS, and was a member of Boerne High School's graduating class of 1972.
