Cayuga Heights is a village in Tompkins County, New York, United States, and an upscale suburb of Ithaca, New York.The population was 4,114 at the 2020 census. The Village of Cayuga Heights is in the Town of Ithaca, directly northeast of the City of Ithaca and the main campus of Cornell University.
The community is in northern Tompkins County, southeast of the geographic center of the town of Lansing. It is the location of the Lansing Town Hall. New York State Route 34 passes through the community, leading north 30 miles (48 km) to Auburn and south through the village of Lansing 7 miles (11 km) to Ithaca.
