Polaris Fashion Place is a two level shopping mall and surrounding retail plaza serving Columbus, Ohio, United States. The mall, owned locally by Washington Prime Group , is located off Interstate 71 on Polaris Parkway in Delaware County just to the north of the boundary between Delaware and Franklin County .
In 1997, the restaurant was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. At the time, it was the only tiki restaurant in Ohio, and the only remaining supper club in Columbus. [3] It closed on August 26, 2000 due to prohibitively high maintenance costs and a significant loss of business, and so the property was sold to Walgreens.

The McCoy Center [2] is an office building located in Columbus, Ohio.The building was acquired by JPMorgan Chase & Co. with its 2004 merger with Bank One Corporation.Formally known as the Corporate Center Columbus (or more often and colloquially "Polaris"), the building was renamed after the merger to honor the McCoy family, who led the Columbus-based Bank One for three generations.
The restaurant will open in late 2024 in Polaris Town Center. The space will feature a grill in the center, so guests throughout the building can watch their food being cooked over an open flame.
