The penguins are playing hockey when they are challenged by a group of rats (from Crown Fools) to a match, since they cannot go back into their sewer because the pipes burst. The rats say they are no good at hockey, and the penguins agree to the game. The winner would get the ice, and the rats beat the penguins, having lied about their skills.
