UFCU Stadium [4] is a football stadium on the campus of Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. It opened in 1981 and was expanded in 2011–2012 to its present 27,149-seat capacity. UFCU Stadium has been the home field for the Texas State Bobcats since 1981.

These bonds paid for a new San Marcos High School that is able to serve over 2,500 students; as of 2006 San Marcos High School had a student population of 1,990.
