The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) is a government agency that provides public transportation for Pinellas County, Florida.The authority manages a fixed-route bus system that encompasses over 40 bus routes - including two express routes to Tampa; the Central Avenue Trolley; the Suncoast Beach Trolley; and the bus rapid transit service, the SunRunner.
North Clearwater Beach. Clearwater Beach is approximately 20 miles (30 km) from Tampa International Airport and 25 miles (40 km) from downtown Tampa. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is also within close proximity of Clearwater Beach. The Clearwater Jolley Trolley has provided transportation up and down the beach since 1982.
Prior to the Bridge of Lions in 1925, there was a wooden bridge, called simply, "The Bridge to Anastasia Island" or "South Beach railroad bridge". It was built in 1895, and after a major renovation in 1904, the bridge could accommodate a trolley. The span contained no rise, and had a movable opening for ship traffic, and charged a toll for transit.

State Road 60, or Route 60 (SR 60 Route 60) is an east–west route transversing Florida from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic Ocean.The western terminus of SR 60 is at the Sunsets at Pier 60 site in Clearwater Beach.
