Indian Summer (Italian: La prima notte di quiete) is a 1972 Italian romantic drama film directed by Valerio Zurlini and starring Alain Delon, Sonia Petrovna, Renato Salvatori, Alida Valli, Adalberto Maria Merli, Salvo Randone and Lea Massari. The version released in France and West Germany runs less than the Italian cut.
In 2016 Record Collector magazine unearthed several unreleased Indian Summer songs (along with an alternative version of "God is the Dog"). Along with these studio recording a live recording was added, consisting of 7 of the 8 tracks from the eponymous album. This was released as a limited edition (of 500) double vinyl gatefold package. Sonia Petrovna (name also credited as Petrova and Petrowa) (born 13 January 1952) is a French dancer, of Russian descent.She is an actress (film, television and theatre) and theatre director.
Zurlini made his name as a director with his second feature film, Violent Summer (1959), starring Eleonora Rossi Drago and Jean Louis Trintignant. [2] In 1961, Zurlini filmed Girl with a Suitcase, starring Claudia Cardinale, who became a film star in Italy, [1] and Jacques Perrin, who would become Zurlini's favorite actor.

Indian Summer is a 1993 American comedy-drama film written and directed by Mike Binder. The movie was filmed at Camp Tamakwa (a summer camp in Algonquin Provincial Park in Ontario , Canada ), which Binder had attended for ten summers as a child camper.
