But we enjoyed the open sections and got to see several animals including manatees, sting rays, fish, seals, birds, a tiger and orangutans. The zoo is a huge place and has nice strolling paths and several spots for picnics. Being off season, no food stalls were open. Huge parking lot, and a tram is available from the parking lot to the zoo gate.
