Elston Avenue is a street in the city of Chicago, serving as an alternate route along the east side of the Kennedy Expressway (Interstates 90 and 94). It begins at Milwaukee Avenue, just north of Chicago Avenue. It travels northwest for almost 10 miles (16 km) until ending at Milwaukee Avenue again, just south of Devon Avenue.

Pulaski Park is a neighborhood directly west of Goose Island and east of Wicker Park. The generally accepted boundaries of Pulaski Park are Ashland (1600 W) to the west, the Chicago River and Elston Avenue to the east, the Bloomingdale Line on the north, and Chicago (800 N) on the south (although some people extend the southern border only to Division Street).
On June 9, 1940, service in Indiana was converted to buses and removed. That same day, it was rerouted in Illinois, replacing the streetcar portion of Route 32, and the route was renamed 30 South Chicago-Ewing. Route was converted to buses on June 30, 1947, and 30 South Chicago-Ewing merged with 25 Hegewisch to form the 30 South Chicago in 1952.
