Pterinopelma sazimai Bertani, Nagahama & Fukushima, 2011 Lasiocyano is a genus of tarantulas (family Theraphosidae). [ 2 ] As of June 2023 [update] , it was a monotypic genus with the sole species Lasiocyano sazimai , [ 3 ] synonym Pterinopelma sazimai , [ 1 ] known as the Brazilian blue , iridescent blue or Sazima's tarantula .
Pterinopelma is a genus of Brazilian tarantulas that was first described by Reginald Innes Pocock in 1901. [2] As of June 2023 [update] it contains two species, found in Brazil : P. felipeleitei and P. vitiosum . [ 1 ]
