The Tecnam P2006T is an Italian high-winged twin-engined all-metal light aircraft, [1] built by Costruzioni Aeronautiche Tecnam based in Capua, Italy, near Naples.The P2006T received airworthiness certification in the European Union by EASA under CS23 in 2003, [2] type certification in 2009, [2] and Federal Aviation Administration FAR Part 23 certification in 2010.

The 100 hp (75 kW) versions are used in many light sport aircraft, such as the Zenith STOL CH 701 and the Tecnam P2002 Sierra. The 80 hp (60 kW) versions are sufficient to power the new generation of efficient motorgliders, such as the Pipistrel Sinus and the Urban Air Lambada. It is also fitted to some light twins, such as the Tecnam P2006T.

The Tecnam P2008 is a single-engine, high-wing two-seat aircraft built by Tecnam in Italy but aimed at the US market. It is the first Tecnam aircraft to incorporate major composite components. It was introduced at the AERO Friedrichshafen 2009 show, with first deliveries in December 2009.
The Tecnam P2010 is a larger, four seat relative of the Tecnam P2008 two seat braced high wing light aircraft. Both types have metal wings and tailplane on a composite fuselage with integrated fin. [2] The wing leading edge is straight except for some pinching at the root and the wing has constant chord on the inner section.
