    Bend Meal Site. Bend Meal Site Location: Council on Aging Senior Services Center, 1036 NE 5th Street, Bend. In-person lunches are available on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Lunch is served at noon. Menus are available online.
