Cemu is a Wii U video game console emulator developed by Exzap who serves as the core and GPU developer, and Petergov as the core and audio emulation developer. It was initially released on October 13, 2015 for Microsoft Windows. But it is now available on Mac and Linux :D.
Now, go up to the top and click Options -> General Settings. At the bottom of the new window, you should add your wii u rom directory. This is just the folder where you placed your games previously 'roms\wiiu\roms'. Exit the window, right click anywhere in the white area of CEMU and choose to 'refresh game list'.
Even if someone starts a Wii U emulator, I bet development goes so slow with limited user interest (who may be toxic AF) that 5 years after a Switch 2, Switch 2 emulation will be further along than Wii U on Android even if it's some private repository on GitHub or someones private self hosted Gitlab instance.
