Avycaz. Avycaz (ceftazidime and avibactam) is a cephalosporin and beta-lactamase inhibitor antibiotic combination used for complicated urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis, in adult and pediatric patients 3 months and older without alternative treatment options.
