I have performed a search for the term "collapsed heart", and I have failed to find any evidence that the term is synonymous with atelectasis. I believe, based on the other references cited in the article, that the correct synonym for atelectasis is a collapsed lung, not a collapsed heart; therefore I have changed the Infobox to reflect this.
